DISPUTES AND APPLICABLE LAW

These Terms and Conditions shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the Egyptian Arabic Republic as applied in the Cairo, Egypt. Each party agrees to submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Egypt and to waive any objections based upon venue. E-matador.com may select to pursue any dispute in any court as it determines in its sole discretion

TERMINATION

We may, without prior notice to you, immediately terminate the Terms and Conditions or revoke any or all of your rights granted under the Terms and Conditions. Upon any such termination or revocation, you shall immediately cease all access to and use of the site and we shall, in addition to any other legal or equitable remedies, immediately revoke all password(s) and account identification issued to you and deny your access to and use of this site in whole or in part. Any such termination shall not affect our respective rights and obligations (including without limitation, payment obligations) arising before the date of termination. You furthermore agree that the site shall not be liable to you or to any other person as a result of any such termination or restriction. E-matador’s Role

E-matador allows third party sellers to list and sell their products at e-matador.com. In each such case this is indicated on the respective product detail page. While e-matador helps facilitate transactions that are carried out on the e-matador marketplace, e-matador is neither the buyer nor the seller of the seller's items. E-matador provides a venue for sellers and buyers to negotiate and complete transactions. Accordingly, the contract formed at the completion of a sale for these third party products is solely between buyer and seller. E-matador is not a party to this contract nor assumes any responsibility arising out of or in connection with it nor is it the seller's agent. The seller is responsible for the sale of the products and for dealing with any buyer claims or any other issue arising out of or in connection with the contract between the buyer and seller. Because e-matador wants the buyer to have a safer buying experience

 

Return Process

Thanks for purchasing our products at e-Matador.com

In order to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the product within 14 calendar days of your purchase or out of warranty. The product must be in the same condition that you receive it and undamaged in any way or open

After we receive your item, our team of professionals will inspect it and process your refund. The money will be refunded to the original payment method you’ve used during the purchase. For credit card payments it may take 10 business days for a refund to show up on your credit card statement

If the product is damaged in any way, or you have initiated the return after 14 calendar days have passed or out of warranty, you will not be eligible for a refund
